This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding agreement between you (an individual or entity) and Softlist Sp. z o.o. This agreement also encompasses our Privacy Policy.
By installing, copying, or using any of the Softlist Apps (referred to as apps, plugins or add-ons), you expressly agree to the terms of this EULA.
This EULA serves as a supplementary agreement to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use (Atlassian EULA).
By accepting the terms of this EULA, you also consent to all of the aforementioned conditions.
If you do not agree with the EULA and its supplements, you are prohibited from installing, copying, or using the apps, and you must uninstall and delete any version or copy of them.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTYThere is no warranty for the program, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the copyright holders and/or other parties provide the program "as is" without any warranty, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You bear the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program. If the program is found to be defective, you assume all costs for necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITYIn no event, unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, shall any copyright holder or any other party who modifies and/or conveys the program as permitted above be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the program (including, but not limited to, data loss, inaccurate data, losses incurred by you or third parties, or program incompatibility with other software), even if such holder or party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
COPYRIGHT STATEMENTAll intellectual property rights pertaining to the apps and its documentation are owned by Softlist and shall continue to remain as such.
PRIVACY POLICYOur Atlassian apps do not gather, collect, store, process, or transmit any information about individuals. Anonymous data may be collected and processed by third party applications:

No personal data is collected and processed by these tools.The development team does not have access to any customer data whatsoever.
ATLASSIAN MARKETPLACEAny personal information required for licensing and billing is collected and processed by Atlassian and is governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. Softlist has access to personal and billing information as part of the reporting and analytics features provided by Atlassian to Marketplace vendors.
This information can be used for analysis and improvement of the Softlist’s products and its services. It may also be used to contact you regarding product or service related topics, as you have listed yourself as a contact for the app at Atlassian’s Marketplace.
