More details

Reveal is a Jira dashboard gadget that turns project progress into a clear, visual story. Instead of traditional charts, teams see an image hidden behind fragments that gradually reveal themselves as work gets done.

Each Jira task or story point is linked to a part of the image. As items move to Done, fragments appear automatically using configurable reveal modes such as Grid (random or sequential, with different block sizes) or Fade Mask (smooth or blur). Overlay colors can be customized to match your dashboard or project style.

Reveal includes built-in visuals and also allows importing images from Unsplash. Progress can be tracked by sprints, epics, releases, components, or custom JQL views. When scope changes, the visualization adapts by adding new fragments or expanding the canvas.

When all work is completed, the full image is revealed — clearly signaling sprint or project completion!
